Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide maintenance and repair services for our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the apartments, common building systems, and grounds, as well as performing apartment turnover maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and grounds
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resident needs
- Conduct apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management
- High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or related occupation
- Ability to read, analyze, and complete documentation required by city, county, state, or federal agencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in cramped positions for extended periods.
