Objective:
Deliver outstanding Program Coordination for Strategic Client Accounts that cater to Healthcare Providers.

Definition of the Healthcare Sector:
Hospitals, Clinics, Medical and Dental Practices, Acute Care Facilities, and Clinical Pharmacies.

Drive strategic projects and provide robust support to National Account Sales to enhance internal communication, ensure prompt responses to client inquiries, and ultimately drive profitable growth for the Strategic Client Accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a premier market strategy for Clean Earth within the healthcare services domain.
  • Lead a cross-functional team with a dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Build client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Enhance client engagement by suggesting tailored solutions to achieve client goals.
  • Serve as a bridge between nationwide Operational Teams, the VP of Customer Service, and Healthcare Client Relations Managers to address service-related issues for Strategic Client Accounts at both regional and national levels.
  • Collaborate closely with National Operations Teams to ensure service delivery surpasses client expectations.
  • Facilitate the phased implementation and ongoing maintenance of the interface (API) between Clean Earth and the Strategic Client Accounts.
  • Align data for the Master Healthcare List between clients and the Clean Earth finance team.
  • Support and collaborate with the Healthcare Client Relations Manager and Account Managers.
  • Participate in meetings and provide insights with Strategic Client Accounts to ensure objectives are achieved and/or escalated for resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong working relationships with key personnel and stakeholders at the Strategic Client Accounts.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary and work with the training team to develop content for initial and ongoing training for Clean Earth team members.
  • Proactively identify and resolve program-related issues that may arise from any segment of the program management team (Operations, Client Service, and Finance).
  • Internally support and monitor Customer Service/Transportation teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service Leadership to provide guidance and support regarding performance objectives for individual contributors in relation to the Client.
  • Supervise direct reports as needed.
