Key Responsibilities- Customer Credit Analysis: Review and analyze customer credit applications to determine credit worthiness.
- Credit Hold Policy Management: Manage credit hold policies, reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections.
- Customer Communication: Provide timely and effective communication to Marketing Associates (MAs) on customer accounts, handling escalated collection accounts.
- Risk Management: Perform regular review of customer files to manage risk and ensure compliance with audit controls.
- Bad Debt Management: Make recommendations on bad debt management to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience: 2-3 years supporting Accounts Receivable, Credit, and/or Collections functions.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to resolve routine issues, research and resolve problems, attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills, sound time management skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
