Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary business team in achieving program objectives. As a liaison between customers and the company, you will establish and implement tactical and operational plans to drive division success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Define projects and outcome measures for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful program delivery.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to business teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Operational Planning: Establish and implement operational plans to achieve division objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, manufacturing operations, or program management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to perform the described role and responsibilities, with a strong background in controlling development and/or mature programs.
  • Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of business and financial plans, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.
