Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, orders, and notices.
  • Preparing and finalizing correspondence.
  • Engaging in communication through various channels with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Coordinating meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Managing the attorney's calendar to ensure all events and deadlines are met.
  • Preparing for upcoming calendar events.
  • Profiling documents and emails for organization.
  • Filing documents electronically with the courts.
  • Reviewing dockets and understanding Judge's preferences.
  • Assisting with client billing, timesheets, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant duties.
