Job Title: Heat Treat Technician - Both Entry Level and Experienced Candidates Welcome

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Shifts Available: 2nd (3:00 PM-11:30 PM), 3rd (11:00 PM-7:30 AM), with various shift patterns including Sun-Thur, Mon-Fri, and Tue-Sat, as well as weekend shifts (Fri-Mon at 10 hours per day).

Century Sun Metal Treating has been a leader in providing high-quality thermal processing services to the metalworking sector since 1979. We are currently looking for an Entry Level Heat Treat Technician to contribute to our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn a specialized trade in heat treatment, which encompasses various techniques such as induction hardening, salt bath hardening, ion nitriding, vacuum hardening, and atmosphere carburizing.

We have multiple technician positions available. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing metal components through heat treatment procedures to meet client specifications.
  • Loading and unloading furnaces.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Documenting completed tasks accurately.
  • Adhering to both written and verbal instructions.
