Coffee Specialist

Position Overview:

The individual in this role is tasked with delivering exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and managing cash transactions, all while fostering a welcoming, energetic, and tidy environment.

1. Greet and engage with every customer, identifying their needs and making appropriate product recommendations to enhance their experience and achieve sales objectives.

1. Operate the cash register and manage monetary transactions.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise and customer areas.
3. Address customer inquiries and fulfill their requests.
4. Learn and embody the Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe experience.

Working Conditions:

Must possess the ability to:

• Utilize all equipment relevant to the position, including but not limited to cash registers, 10-key adding machines, and computer keyboards.
• Communicate effectively at all times with customers and all levels of staff.
• Move efficiently around the work area.
• Review and understand all necessary documentation.
• Inspect and maintain assigned areas, as well as recognize different denominations of currency and make change accurately.
• Perform various tasks, including lifting, pushing, carrying, and pulling loads up to 50 pounds.
• Walk, squat, stand, and twist to lift, load, and unload items.
• Work in an environment subject to varying levels of crowd and noise, depending on customer volume.

• Report any illegal activities to Security or the appropriate management levels.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $17.00 /Hr.
