Position Overview:

The Retirement Services division within US Tech Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for IRA and retirement accounts. This role is essential in assisting financial advisors and branch personnel with a variety of inquiries concerning retirement accounts, products, and related procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture effective relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from financial advisors and branch staff regarding retirement services.
  • Leverage various internal and external resources to furnish information and resolve client issues.
  • Adhere to established protocols for routing processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate inquiries as necessary.
  • Achieve service goals set by management within the Retirement Services team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retirement products is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Possession of a Series 7 license is preferred but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
