About the Role:

Aerotek is looking for a skilled Heavy Industrial Assembler to join their team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

As a Heavy Industrial Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling custom-built mobile material handling machinery using mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic techniques. You will also perform welding, electrical wiring, and hitching on overhead cranes and jibs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble custom-built mobile material handling machinery
  • Use mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assembly techniques
  • Perform welding, electrical wiring, and hitching on overhead cranes and jibs
  • Read and follow standard work instructions, BOMs, blueprints, and other diagrams

Requirements:

  • Diesel mechanic experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high quality standards
  • Attention to detail and technical inclination
