Director of Concierge Services

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Concierge Services to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive concierge services program that meets the needs of our patients and families
* Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide personalized support and amenities to our guests
* Evaluate and improve patient satisfaction and service quality
* Develop unique employee engagement events to foster a positive and supportive work environment
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and staff

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
