Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Bilingual Member Support Specialist. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing all member inquiries related to energy services.
- Respond to customer questions to meet established goals and objectives.
- Gain proficiency in Customer Information Systems (CIS), email communication, online credit reporting, and other relevant software.
- Educate customers on efficient electricity usage and available marketing programs.
- Clarify service installation and construction processes to members.
- Develop an understanding of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and OMS functionalities to assist with billing inquiries, identify voltage issues, process move-in/move-out requests, and provide essential information for managing electric consumption and costs.
- Handle complex billing or member support inquiries that require thorough investigation.
- Assist builders, developers, apartment complexes, and commercial accounts with member support activities.
- Familiarize yourself with all EnergyUnited product offerings, including scheduling installations, addressing product complaints, and serving as a liaison.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with minimal distractions.
Additional Information:
- This role is classified as Telework, allowing employees to perform their duties from home.
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional irregular hours required for outages and coverage needs.
- Candidates must reside within the service area or be willing to relocate accordingly.
