As a Mobile Ultrasound Specialist, you will engage in a dynamic role that involves traveling to various healthcare facilities to perform ultrasound examinations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in diverse environments while delivering high-quality patient care.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 12-week assignment
- Schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities
Facility Information:
Join a leading healthcare provider recognized for excellence in patient care and innovation. The facility is equipped with advanced technology and has a capacity of over 300 beds, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of ultrasound procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality in imaging.
- Position patients and equipment effectively to obtain optimal diagnostic results.
- Responsible for the processing and transmission of images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
Qualifications:
- Certification as RVT ARDMS or RVS CCI
- Completion of an accredited vascular ultrasound program
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA/ARC
- Strong computer skills are essential
