Employee Engagement Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Employee Engagement Director to lead our employee engagement efforts. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and implementing programs aimed at enhancing company culture, strengthening employee engagement, and driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all departmental efforts to ensure seamless execution of employee engagement programs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs, as well as surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to effectively communicate and influence department recommendations and set department strategies.
  • Analyze HR trending reports to inform data-driven decisions and optimize employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Education - Preferred
  • 10 years of experience in HR, project management, leadership in a multi-site service industry experience - Required
  • Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage details of multiple and complex projects within firm schedules.
  • Deep knowledge of Human Resources practices and strategies, proven success implementing engagement, recognition and employee survey programs to create a positive work environment.

What We Offer:

Bright Horizons is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 to $110,000.
