Industrial Scheduling Manager

Metro Industrial Services is currently looking for an experienced Industrial Scheduling Manager to join our team at our Manchester, TN facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain production schedules to optimize equipment and labor usage.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous progress.
- Manage batch MRP planning to ensure accurate material needs representation.
- Lead daily scheduling meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or issues.
Schedule: 1st Shift
Requirements:- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in batching and filling, high mix/low to medium volume, Make-to-Order, and Make-to-Stock manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
- Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems, including experience with implementing new ERP functionality (Syspro ERP a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Salary: $58,000 - $65,500 per year depending on experience.
