Job Overview

Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions, seeks an experienced Master Scheduler to join their team. This key role involves developing and managing long-range forecasts while considering current materials, lead-time, and manned capacity.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement system/process improvements within scheduling to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop existing forecasting tools through innovative ideas/projects to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Convey and negotiate the Master Production Schedule for achievability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review/update forecast and master schedule; establish planning calendar updates monthly to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed schedule changes; determine push/pull actions for financial forecast achievability.
  • Assist production meetings to assess actual vs. plan; update MPS accordingly to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise/report actual results against Master Production Schedule to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare/manage master materials schedule using ERP systems; prepare staffing profiles for schedule achievement.
  • Plan/schedule materials availability to support production schedules, ensuring just-in-time delivery.
  • Support new Sales Orders/Strategic Customer development through cooperative scheduling using Microsoft Project.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows-based programs, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proven experience with planning and forecasting.
  • APICS certification a plus.
