Program Manager II

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager II to lead cross-functional and cross-plant projects to deliver savings, continuous improvement, and value to the Industrial Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and program portfolio across Industrial Supply Chain network to deliver savings, continuous improvement, and value to the plants, divisions, and customers.
  • Lead and execute data analysis to drive business results, utilizing DIFOT, open order reports, financials, etc. to identify potential optimization opportunities.
  • Lead strategy, engagement, and execution for Industrial Supply Chain loss analysis program in partnership with plants, logistics, planning, procurement, finance, OBLs, etc.
  • Train and mentor project team members in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Network with internal and external resources to bring best practices to the projects and organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Supply Chain or Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 5 years process improvement or related experience, including 3+ years cross-function, cross-business project leadership.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize diverse tasks.
  • Experience with Enterprise Excellence (LSS) continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies strongly desired.
  • Ability to collect and analyze financial and operational data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure.
  • Black Belt Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
  • SAP Experience.
  • Lean or TPM experience.
  • A track record of driving improvement projects from idea through implementation.
