We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Service Representative for our Courtyard by Marriott location in Middletown, NY. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay.
The Guest Service Representative will be tasked with addressing guest needs, particularly during the check-in and check-out procedures. We welcome candidates without prior hotel experience, as we provide comprehensive training for those who exhibit a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate should possess the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings, with options for both full-time and part-time weekend schedules.
- Addressing guest inquiries and requests
