Prepare customized party trays and sandwiches as needed. Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and food handling/preparation. Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Additional responsibilities may include cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or other deli/bakery tasks.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age. Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed. Effective and friendly communication skills. Basic math knowledge and ability to follow written guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation. Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift. Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time. Team player. Grocery, food service, or retail experience a plus. Some weekend shifts are required.
