Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary communicator between customers and technicians, ensuring clear understanding of customer needs and service requirements
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing documentation and explaining terms
  • Prepare cost estimates by calculating materials, supplies, and labor; determining customer payment, including deductibles
  • Create repair orders detailing symptoms, issues, and necessary services; securing customer approvals and entering information into the service database
  • Inform customers of additional service needs based on vehicle inspections
  • Manage manufacturer warranty claims for eligible repairs
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Consult with customers regarding applicable service promotions and keep them updated on service progress and costs
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years old to drive for the company
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CDK systems is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is beneficial
