Role Overview:

The Sales Associate will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our dedicated account teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the service delivery for dedicated business accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducting cost analysis and problem resolution to meet customer expectations.
  • Engaging with potential clients to expand our National Accounts.
  • Establishing and maintaining processes that fulfill customer requirements.
  • Ensuring timely service delivery as per customer specifications.
  • Maintaining a professional image of the company through service readiness.
  • Coordinating the pickup and delivery of customer products.
  • Conducting fleet assessments and maintaining delivery schedules.
  • Overseeing invoicing processes for National Accounts.
  • Ensuring accuracy in delivery documentation to support financial performance.
  • Maintaining the assigned service vehicle and equipment in optimal condition.
  • Adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, and an Associate's Degree is desirable. Experience in commercial tire service or customer interaction is beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively. A strong focus on safety and compliance with regulations is essential.
