Job Overview

This role involves executing Information Assurance and Cybersecurity functions to support the Xacta application suite. The selected candidate will be tasked with assisting clients in application management, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting a comprehensive enterprise deployment of the Xacta Software Suite, along with its associated systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with the Xacta Software Suite, including deployment strategies and integration with security protocols.
  • Manage Windows or Linux systems administration tasks.
  • Utilize scripting or coding skills to enhance system functionality.
  • Deliver technical and programmatic Information Assurance and Cybersecurity services to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the security of network and information systems.
  • Assist Xacta software users with technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Provide recommendations for operational efficiency improvements.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for the administration of the Xacta application suite.
  • Maintain an Active Top Secret Clearance and be open to obtaining a CI Polygraph.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber engineering projects, or hold an Associate's degree with 5 years, a Bachelor's degree with 3 years, or a Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Hold a DoD M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification.
  • Be able to obtain a DoD M Cyber Security Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Xacta software suite or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation tools.
  • Background in systems security configuration or risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP).
