Group SSI is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to support new Authority to Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS and XACTA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity planning and maintenance, with experience in updating security documentation to reflect new or changed physical configurations and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new ATO packages in eMASS and XACTA
- Provide cybersecurity planning and maintenance services, including updates of security documentation
- Coordinate the implementation of security measures in workstations, servers, and other system components
- Ensure hardware and software deliverables meet cybersecurity requirements
- Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of hardware and software
- Evaluate scans, artifacts, plans, and STIGS to ensure compliance with system security controls
- Ensure the installation of system hardware and software on ONI networks complies with ONI assessment and authorization processes
Requirements:
- TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible
- MS/MBA degree in IT, IA, or IA-related field
- Minimum 10 years of C&A experience with DIACAP, DCID 6/3, ICD 503, and/or NIST Framework
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with experience in DoD, DISA, Navy NETWARCOM, DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms
- Extensive experience and education in Information Assurance specialty areas, with thorough knowledge of IC, DoD, and DoN Cybersecurity initiatives
- Certifications: IAT Level III, CISSP, CEH
