As a Senior Process and Equipment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and advancing our semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance process conditions and technologies.
2. Improve process capabilities while minimizing production costs.
3. Initiate and oversee process management projects.
4. Configure process parameters for diverse semiconductor equipment.
5. Assess, advocate for, and strategize the integration of new equipment and materials.
6. Conduct analysis and implement improvements for abnormal occurrences.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics is required.
