Distribution Center Lead

As a Distribution Center Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and checking the work of others in a fast-paced distribution center environment. You will ensure the efficient movement of packages and inventory, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse activities and performance
- Utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move packages and inventory
- Perform tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision
- Ensure transaction accuracy, safety, and quality compliance
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of a background check
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
