We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Production Manager to join our team at Optimize Partners. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of multimedia content for our clients, including social media campaigns, video shoots, and post-production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Production Planning: Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, including conceptualizing the video shoot, hiring/casting talent, securing props, location scouting, and handling permits.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the video shoot, negotiate rates with vendors and talent, and ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
  • Talent Coordination: Hire and cast models/actors, hair and make-up artists, stylists, and crew members.
  • Equipment and Prop Management: Arrange photography equipment, props, and set decorations needed for the video shoot(s).
  • On-Set Management: Direct the shoot and oversee the production process.
  • Post-Production Coordination: Manage the selection, editing, retouching, and delivery of final images for marketing use. You will work closely with video editors and other post-production staff to achieve desired results.
  • Drive Seasonal Campaigns: Develop and execute seasonal campaigns and big ideas from concepts to execution, ensuring all assets are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-budget.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful video projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Film Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video production software and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various shooting locations and to transport equipment as needed.
