* Compliance & Regulation: Ensure clinical operations align with local, state, and federal laws, as well as agency policies.
* Collaboration & Partnerships: Maintain relationships with public and private agencies to enhance service delivery and coordination of community resources.
* Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, prepare reports, and identify program needs to support the agency's clinical services.
* Staff Development: Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development for clinical staff.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and quality across clinical programs through ongoing evaluation and adherence to evidence-based practices.
* Program Expansion: Drive the expansion of outpatient clinical services to reach more children and families in a sustainable manner.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in social work or a related human services field.
* Full clinical license required.
* At least 5 years of supervisory experience in clinical program administration.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and financial statements.
* Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and regulatory agencies.
* Commitment to cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and the mission of strengthening families.
