Job Title: Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wound Care Provider to join our team at HealWell Management LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License and have experience in wound care management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, including venipuncture and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and other procedures at patient's bedside.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Washington and/or Idaho.
  • Experience of 1-3 years as a provider preferred but will train the right new graduate.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in wound care management preferred but not required.
  • Ability to triage patients effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in post-acute care settings (Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing) recommended but not required.
  • Driving is required, dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license is a must.

Salary: Salary is dependent on experience, estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
