Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training, roadmap updates, and hands-on demonstrations to customers.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Resolve high-priority customer issues promptly and efficiently by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) evaluations, analyze failures, and develop test plans to support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed Optical Product Evaluations (OPE) for internal review and external customers.
  • Contribute to product demos, Bill-of-Materials (BoM), solution proposals, and responses to Requests for Information (RFI)/Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies in the optical networking space.
Your Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale data center or service provider network operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in Optical transceiver systems, Data Center Interconnections (DCI), and FTTx networks (xPON).
  • In-depth knowledge of optical networking technologies, including DWDM/CWDM optical transport systems, switches, routers, modules, and platforms from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Ciena, Nokia/ALU.
  • Understanding of data networking infrastructures, architectures, concepts, and associated technologies: Route/Switch, TCP/IP, Infiniband, LAN/WAN, Routing Protocols (BGP/ISIS/OSPF, etc.), MPLS, LDP, VPN, Multicast, ACL, FW.
  • Experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment and software.
