Key Responsibilities- Implement nursing care plans for children and their families under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Develop and lead patient groups, implementing therapeutic milieu and individual treatment plans.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, rest, activity, and nourishment.
- Administer educational services to children and adolescents hospitalized on the inpatient psychiatric unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- Minimum one to six months of experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification.
