  • Provide VOC for technical needs in markets served and potential markets
  • Promote a positive company image and develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Comply with all applicable corporate and site policies/procedures

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA a plus, or equivalent experience and education
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, chemistry/lab, or technical training with a commercial focus
  • Film technical or sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling B2B coatings or chemicals is a minimum
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other manufacturing at an OEM level
  • Ability to work independently and in groups
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, public speaking, and one-on-one negotiations
  • Able to support and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Desire to develop into a key account management or commercial role
  • Ability to travel 50% when required and work weekends or holidays as needed
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all internal and customer levels
