Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to manage a range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including specialized cases in trucking law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in court and before governmental bodies in civil litigation matters.
  • Draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree and admission to the state bar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
