Role Overview:
As an Associate Attorney at Jobot, you will handle a diverse portfolio of civil and commercial litigation cases, with a focus on trucking law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in court and before governmental bodies in civil litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development.
  • Provide sound legal counsel to clients on various litigation issues.
  • Negotiate settlements and develop expertise in trucking law.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise case strategies and provide legal insights.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and legal changes impacting our practice.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree and admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
