About the Role:

Mercurys Coffee Co. is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Redmond location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, adhering to Mercurys' standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's permit
  • Availability to work weekends
