Residential Treatment Assistant Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Residential Treatment Assistant Supervisor demonstrates commitment and readiness to collaborate with the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) to effectively support and implement its functions for the benefit of the youth population.
The Shift Leader is expected to maintain an impartial stance that emphasizes skill development and fundamental behavioral principles such as reinforcement, extinction, blocking, and shaping.
This role requires the Supervisor to operate as an integral part of a team, dedicated to exemplifying pro-social behavior and fostering constructive relationships with all residents.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess at least one year of experience in child care within a residential treatment setting or juvenile correctional facility. A High School diploma is mandatory, with some college education preferred. Specific training and experience related to PSB are highly desirable. The ability to cultivate and sustain a therapeutic environment, while considering the diverse clinical needs of each youth, is essential. A valid Driver's License is required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional time management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
