Job Title: Recovery Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and intervention to clients, consistent with their treatment plan.
  • Engage clients in developing healthy relationships with their peers and treatment team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision, modeling healthy eating habits.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conduct regular rounds and provide observations to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to off-site appointments and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.
