Document Storage Systems is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst II, you will be responsible for testing DSS' software applications produced by Research and Development (R&D) for correct execution of all functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently write test scripts/cases to standard
  • Execute manual and predefined automated tests on assigned products/projects
  • Ensure that all related test cases are run for all changes made to the system
  • Report, define, and analyze defects found during testing or reported by clients
  • Track defects and drive resolution utilizing the defect tracking system
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings for assigned product lines
  • Participate in live software demonstrations to assigned product line team
  • Provide mentoring to junior members for assigned team
  • Travel to Client sites to test software in the client's environment (up to 25% of the year)
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role for this position
  • Has experience with any Quality Assurance software testing tools
  • Has experience with Quality Assurance processes
  • Has experience with Software applications
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with qTest, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodology
  • Knowledge of VistA and CPRS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Linux Servers
  • QA experience with Clinical software Applications
Education:
  • High School or equivalent, AS, AA degree or must have an equivalent combination of work experience and/or education
Security and Privacy Duties and Responsibilities:

Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
