Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to ensure efficient and cost-effective food production.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and ServSafe certification.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a contract foodservice or fine dining setting.
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
