Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team.

As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our patients and their families. You will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our electronic system
  • Providing health education and training to patients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
