Job Summary
We are seeking a well-rounded Primary Care Physician to join our team at Gifford Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital and Federally Qualified Health Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals and families in our community
- Collaborate with our Community Health Team and Population Health Team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in educational programs to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
- VT Licensure
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and compassion in a fast-paced setting
