Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Management: Design, implement, and oversee complex IT systems to guarantee high availability and optimal performance of critical applications and services.

  • Security Management: Spearhead initiatives for system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with security standards.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Optimize IT infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Automation Development: Create and deploy automation scripts (using PowerShell, Python) to streamline IT operations and boost efficiency.
  • Incident Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for escalated IT incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Change Oversight: Implement and manage change processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates and modifications to the IT environment.
  • Device Management: Oversee and secure a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, utilizing MDM solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize project management tools to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business processes, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Game Development Support: Manage and optimize version control systems and development environments to support our game development processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems and processes, providing training to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering and operations, focusing on both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS administration.
  • Extensive experience in Network Security and Management.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management systems.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
