Host Opportunity at Chili's Grill & Bar

We're seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Sandy, UT. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Manage the wait list and communicate with guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate guest concerns to management and take action to resolve issues
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless service

  • You're able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • You're able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
