Job Title: Mobile Diesel Technician

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Mobile Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy-duty vehicles
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Ryder's safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective work processes
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Valid CDL license and ability to drive Ryder vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
