ABOUT SMALL FORMATS
We strive to provide a consistent shopping experience by ensuring that products are stocked, available, accurately priced, and properly signed in our smaller format stores. This team excels in service, operations, processes, and efficiency, taking on responsibilities such as cashiering, stocking, presentation, and maintaining price accuracy. You will deliver outstanding guest service, personalizing each interaction and anticipating their needs.

- Insight into guest service fundamentals and experience in fostering a guest-first culture throughout the store.
- Knowledge of retail business principles, including department sales trends, pricing strategies, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Experience in supporting daily and weekly tasks to align with business priorities and achieve sales objectives.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by genuinely greeting all guests.
- Observing guests to quickly determine if they need assistance or wish to engage. Tailoring your approach based on their body language and verbal cues.
- Engaging with guests authentically, asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
- Being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues and enhance their experience.

- Assisting guests while managing workload with minimal disruption.
- Working across departments to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized for guests.
- Restocking products on the sales floor.
- Implementing changes, transitions, and sales plans across all departments.
- Conducting weekly price changes and ensuring accurate signage for all departments.
- Performing scans and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Supporting major transitions and inventory management.
- Maintaining the store's interior and exterior brand image, including cleaning duties and cart collection.
- Accurately executing all product pulls and managing backstock from all departments.
- Processing inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Completing daily and weekly audits in the backroom.
- Operating power equipment only if certified.
- Maintaining backroom organization and following equipment guidelines.
- Adhering to processes with attention to detail, monitoring progress, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
- Working safely at all times to protect yourself and others; identifying and correcting hazards; adhering to safety policies and best practices.
- Supporting guest services such as backup cashiering and order pick-up while maintaining compliance with relevant laws.
- Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.
