Join our team at Regency at the Park as a skilled Registered Nurse and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medication assistance and administration, as well as nursing services to our residents.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care.
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment of our residents.
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and medication administration, while encouraging self-care and independence.
  • Ensure care is delivered as indicated on resident treatment and service plans, and follow infection control and safety procedures.
  • Evaluate health emergencies and determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a current RN license in good standing.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply.
