Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and mental conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories.
- Order, collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and healthcare needs.
- Prescribe and recommend medical therapies, procedures, and treatments in accordance with approved protocols and standards of care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, and professional practice guidelines.
- Counsel patients and families regarding medical processes, management of health conditions, medication, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Graduate of an accredited program.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
