Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and greet patients in a professional manner.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process patient transactions, including co-pays and credit card payments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous medical office experience an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with Medent software.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
