Envision Physician Services is seeking experienced physician assistants and nurse practitioners for our established Hospitalist program at Medical City Alliance in Ft. Worth, TX.
Position OverviewWe are looking for highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Hospitalist Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our program.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, working collaboratively with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas.
- Experience in Hospital Medicine or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
