We offer comprehensive respiratory care services at two free-standing hospitals, nine primary care clinics, multiple specialty clinics, and seven rehabilitation sites across the Upper Midwest. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each child.
**Job Summary**
The Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in our team, performing specific respiratory care duties and responsibilities under the supervision of the medical director. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of cardiopulmonary physiology and be able to adapt to the particular area of duty assignment.
**Responsibilities**
The Respiratory Therapist performs all respiratory care procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Performing diagnostic tests and procedures to assess respiratory function
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license as a Respiratory Therapist
- Advanced knowledge of cardiopulmonary physiology and sciences related to respiratory care
- Mature judgment, honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is sign-on bonus eligible.
