Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in coordinating and performing various exams to diagnose and treat diseases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform exams for departments within Avera Sacred Heart Hospital.
  • Uphold patient safety and exam quality utilizing ALARA standards.
  • Follow guidelines set forth by the State of Nebraska Health Department and departmental policies.
  • Process studies electronically to ensure accurate and timely report turnaround.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of radiology equipment, general equipment cleaning, supply inventory, and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology and certification or certification eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

Work Schedule and Pay:

  • PRN – Casual/Fill in as needed.
  • The hourly range for this position is $37.75 per hour, dependent on experience.

Education and/or Experience:

  • New GRADS are welcome to apply.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
