Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of disease by coordinating and performing various exams for departments within our hospital.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform exams for departments within Avera Sacred Heart Hospital
  • Uphold patient safety and exam quality utilizing ALARA standards
  • Follow guidelines set forth by the State of Nebraska Health Department and departmental policies
  • Process studies electronically to ensure accurate and timely report turnaround
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of radiology equipment, general equipment cleaning, supply inventory, and quality control

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology and certification or certification eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license

Work Schedule and Pay:

  • PRN – Casual/Fill in as needed
  • The hourly range for this position is $37.75 per hour, dependent on experience
